No Pressure Testing Performed

Tank Goodness exclusively utilizes the EZY 3 Locator Plus system to perform all testing. The EZY 3 Locator Plus system utilizes a low atmospheric pressure vacuum test as opposed to the High Pressure test used by our competitors. The EZY 3 Locator Plus system eliminates any secondary damage that might arise from a High Pressure test which can create the leak as part of the testing.

In addition:

Tank Down Time: No waiting period between deliveries and testing. Tank down time is less than 30 minutes. This keeps the tank owner happy! No other manufacturer can make this claim and back it up with their third party evaluation.

Test Pressure: A low test pressure of -0.5 psig is placed on the tank bottom.

Liquid Level: Tanks can be tested at virtually any liquid level.

Large Tanks: Test up to 30,000 gallon capacity.

Test the Entire Tank System: One test, not multiple tests, determines the tank system’s integrity.

One Tank or Multiple: The EZY 3 Locator Plus can test one tank or multiple tanks simultaneously.

Manifolded Tanks: Manifolded tanks are tested together, but if a problem exists EZY 3 Locator Plus can pinpoint which tank has the problem. No limitation on total capacity of manifolded tanks. However, tanks cannot exceed 30,000 gallon each.

Different Types of Leaks Produce Different Acoustic Signals: EZY 3 Locator Plus is capable of detecting air intrusion in the liquid, air intrusion in the ullage, water and/or product trickling into the tank.

Sensitivity: The EZY 3 Locator Plus system can detect a leak as small as the diameter of a human hair.
